Cancellations Policy

Overview

Our cancellations, refund and returns policy is fairly simple.

Due to us running workshops that you have to book onto, it is not a physical good you are ever going to need to return and we always hope that every session you attend will be delivered with the excellence that we pride ourselves upon, so we do hope that you never feel the need to ask for a refund. But we do appreciate things can come up and from time to time you may need to cancel a session with us

Cancellations by yourself

If you cancel up to two weeks prior to the date of the workshop you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel up to one week prior to the date of the workshop you will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations received within one week of the date of the workshop will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations by us

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the workshop due to the weather and we have to cancel there are a few options available. 1st off we will offer you a new date for the workshop or for you to attend any other sessions of similar value if the new date that gets arranged is not convenient or non of the other sessions are to your liking, then a full refund will be given.

Please note that we do run our sessions in the rain, and wind and even when it is cold. It can be in these challenging conditions that you can be blessed with some of the best shooting conditions and some of the most amazing cloud formations. But if a severe weather warning is in place, then the safety of our attendees always comes 1st.

The only other reason we will have to cancel a session will be due to low uptake, this can happen from time to time, so it is always best practice to book early so we know how many attendees we have for each session.

Refunds

If you do feel that the workshop you attended was not as you would have expected, then please do contact us at admin@throughthelensworkshops.co.uk so that we can have your feedback, as we would never like to have any of our attendees leave a session and not feel they got the tuition they required or that the session was not good value for money.

Exchanges

If you find you are unable to attend a workshop you are booked onto, we are always happy to move you to another date as long as the session is not due to take place within 14 days.
In this instance, we will generate a voucher for the value of the previously booked workshop, so you can book the new session of your choice.
