The Norfolk sea defences workshop

Saturday 20th July 2024

The Norfolk sea defences workshop is an opportunity for you to travel around the stunning Norfolk coastline photographing the abundance of the varying sea defences on the shore with the stunning Norfolk skies as a backdrop.

During the session

The workshop will start  at 4 pm and will finish around 9 pm on the Norfolk coast

Throughout the session, we will discuss what equipment to use for landscape photography and how to use it correctly.

You will use and get hands-on experience with filters used for landscape photography and how to use them correctly and what filters to use to create certain effects

We will discuss editing techniques and even cover a little bit of editing while still out in the field.

For our tutors Dibs and Duncan’s own work they only use the market-leading Formatt-Hitech Firecrest filters. We fully appreciate photography can be an expensive passion, so with this in mind, we will supply you with the filters and adapters for you to try out on the session,  this gives you the best opportunity to see exactly what you will get for your money should you then invest in a kit. But best of all, this is a great opportunity for you to see what type of filters you prefer for your style of photography, again things we will explore throughout the session.

We can advise you on what kit to get as it can be a little daunting looking at what you may or may not need.

We also have a discount code for buying filters, just apply DIBSM10 or DARNOLD10 at the checkout of the Formatt Hitech site. If you have any questions about what setups to look into purchasing feel free to ask

We will discuss editing techniques and even cover a little bit of editing while still out in the field.
